On both my phone and laptop, the screen grayed out yesterday, and will not accept a mouse click or swipe. I open the game, and the screen is dim. I have rebooted, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and updated, no help. Any ideas? Thanks!

That's good news Mary @maryks probably was a system problem. Good job you didn't have lots of boosters stored when you uninstalled. Now you've joined the Community it would be good to have a peep every now and again to see what others are posting about. It's a good place to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games 🙂

Hi Mary @maryks I wonder if by their reply they know about the problem, I don't think you're the only one it's happening to. If your screen is still greyed out it might be an idea to reply back to their last email and ask them if it is a Studio problem and if it's being looked into. Also ask again if they can send a message to the team that deals with these issues and have a look at your game to see if it can be fixed. They really should give you a proper reply. Would be nice to know how you get on. Don't forget if you want to reply, to click on the 'Reply' at the bottom of this post first. By doing that the person you are replying to gets notified that someone has sent a message. Otherwise they or I won't know without reading through posts again. Good luck 🤞
hi my game has went away back to the beginning, i am in to the thousands but today i can only get game 26. anyone any ideas on how to get my level back. thanks Agnes
Hi Carol-38. thank you. I have been emailing with Player support, so far all the replies apologize for the problem, but haven't offered any solution, and the problem still exists. Frozen gray screen. I didn't have many boosters when it happened, but was playing with timed boosters, and of course those timed out. Hopefully the game will return. Thanks again. Mary
Hi @maryks Welcome to the Community 🤗 You made my hair curl when you said you uninstalled your game, I hope you didn't have many boosters, as they disappear when you uninstall. I had the same thing happen to me about a year ago on three devices. I contacted King Player Support who gave me lots of technical things to try but none helped, they then said to uninstall. I told them that wasn't something I was prepared to do as being the fault was on more than one device it was more likely a fault their end. I asked them to send to the team that deals to check and see what the problem was. They didn't reply to that, but the next day everything was working again, so in total 3 or 4 days of a greyed, frozen screen, but it got sorted. Email King Player Support explaining the problem, you will get an automated reply back telling you to join and ask the Community. Just reply back to that automated reply explaining the problem again and hopefully you should get a proper reply. If you did have boosters that you paid for tell them that as well as they may reimburse you. Good luck and it would be nice to know how you get on.
