Why is this game so unfair? This is why I stayed for long without playing. I was almost completing the challenge I was on 17/ 18 all of a sudden the app store couldn't be contacted and the only option was to end the game which cost me almost 130 gold bars. What's the point of trying so hard when the game will decide to throw you out?

Hi @Jake24 Welcome to the Community 🤗 There have been so many problems with the game for a while now. I take it you contacted King Player Support and they sent you an automated reply telling you to join and ask the Community. We are all players like yourself and if you read other posts you will see how many problems there are. Now you are in the Community why don't you stay, you can read and join in other posts, you may pick up a few tips and you may also be able to answer other payers questions. Just to share with you my very frustating experience with candy crush. I was playing candy royale with 1500 gold bars at stake. I have to finish 25 levels to earn my share. I finished 21st with 150 gold bars as my largest haul in CR so far. When I got to 22nd level, the game appeared and I was out suddenly. Theres no move available. I haven't even started playing and I'm out. The arrangement of candies made it so. All my boosters and gold bars were useless. I have no choice but to restart the level and of course I'm out of contention. All my effort were wasted. After that I became wary and apprehensive of joining candy royale. So yeah expect the unexpected always!

Yes @fireflyata problem after problem. It's a shame King don't sort their system out and get everything working properly before adding and changing other things that aren't necessary. You'd think a big company like this would be concerned with all the problems and make them a priority to fix 😒

same thing happened to me but most recently I was on 16 of 18 and my game crashed 🤦🏻♀️ very frustrating. I already spent the rest of my gold and used the rest of my boosters on the previous levels just so I could complete the CR and lost it all because the game crashed.
