after reading all the suggestions on how to pass this level I finally realized what the problem is. There is a spawner in the middle with the fence around it. No matter how many times I hit it the fence will not go away. I have refreshed the candy crush app, but that did not help. I need technical support on how to remove that fence so that I can get to that middle spawner I have already used a number of lives, trying to get there. Do not refer me to the general public because they do not know how to fix technical items. Thank you.

You can’t destroy the spawner, the fence is intentional and not an error. You need to collect 4 keys to unlock the spawner. The spawner then creates pink jelly which you need to destroy to unlock the blocks below and to the outside. Then finally clear all the normal jelly underneath them

I thought I saw an example where the fence did disappear, but I will accept what you told me. I have tried many times to do this by clearing the keys first, and then trying to clear the blockers. I know that the number of moves have decreased. Have they kept the original number I would have passed it a few times back. Very discouraging!

As david86 correctly stated those black and red fences are completely impenetrable in Candy Crush. The red and white fences can be hit through, the black and red cannot.
