Just won an entire race and the adventure path. And it did not add my levels it only added a few i was at 21 now I'm 25 it should be 36 . Still no answers 😕 😪????????

@QueenB That's not the only thing not counting. My "Current login streak" on the Player Card has displayed the same number for multiple days despite opening the game every day.

Could it be the game's counter system is broken all around?

Yes I'm in a race still at 31 and just passed 5 more levels and it's still 31 . Why howcome ¿????????

We know it's frustrating that levels aren't counting, and we understand how important this contest is to all of you. The studio is actively working on it, but the fix is taking longer than expected due to some technical complexities.

Levels are still not counting. This has been going on for about two months. Either passing levels doesn't count on the scoreboard, or when a level is not passed it takes me back a level. When it's halfway working, it takes passing three levels to go up one on the scoreboard.

we should be getting some free lives for all the wins not being counted. Why play the game? Very frustrating. Didn’t really receive an answer other than your investigating it!
