I can't access it either way on two tablets @QueenB just tried it on my mobile phone , which I don't play on but have the game installed, just in case, and it worked. So works on a mobile but not on my tablets. Haven't got a clue exactly how long it's been going on but certainly for months, could be a year or more. I can't say for definite as I haven't tried contacting Player Support for a long time. Also if it works on my mobile, it's not a problem with my game, but are there any ideas as to why it isn't working on my tablets π

There are 2 ways of accessing the Help Center via the game app:
Option 1: as soon as you open the game app and select the gear icon.
Option 2: when you are on the Saga map on top right corner.
You can't access the ? either way? Also, how long has this being going on?
I'm going to ask here as I keep seeing it being put as to tap on the ? @QueenB in our game but mine doesn't work. The only symbol that opens when I tap on it is what I have put a blue box around and that then takes me into the Community where I can scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Contact Us'. I can't be the only one surely, and that is why I always tell others to contact support through the Community. So what is the problem with my devices, how do I fix it so that the ? opens to contact Support when I'm in my game π€
