Can’t access my game anymore!

my game has frozen on level 12745, the map screen is dimmed. I have tried all the suggestions - even deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing works. The app & my devices are up to date, I have enough memory on my devices. I play on iPad and or iPhone. Please can anyone help?

    Hi @leighla Welcome to the Community 🤗 This is proving to be a problem for many. Did you contact King player Support and get an automated response telling you to join and ask the Community? What I can tell you is many have been posting about the same problem and many have also said they uninstalled and reinstalled again but it didn't help. The problem with uninstalling your game is that you lose any boosters you played hard to get and you won't get them back again. Now to deal with your frozen screen, you can either give it a few days and see if it puts itself right or you can email King Player Support explaining the problem. When you get the automated response, reply back to that explaining the problem again, hopefully you should then get a proper reply.

    I really hope you didn't have a lot of boosters and I hope you get it sorted. We are all players like yourself in the Community and would really like to hear from you again to find out how you get on. It will help us to answer other posts relating to this issue.     Hi @Carol-38 yes I contacted King player support and they told me to join the community and ask on here. Unfortunately, I already deleted and reinstalled the app and so have lost all my boosters and extra lives 😩 it’s been 3 days since it froze so I guess I need to re contact King player support again. Thank you for responding and trying to help me out ☺️

    Hi @Leighlah yes contact King Player Support again, you could do it on the automated one they sent you back last time if you've still got it. Otherwise start again but you have to be persistent. The automated reply is because they get so many emails and hope by sending players to the Community one of us can give an answer. But for what you have no one here can actually put it right. It would be nice to know how you get on, if you have the time. Good luck 🤞
