I had connection problems, I can't buy or use the gold. I already cleaned the cooks and updated the phone's Android and the problem persists

* Check your internet connection: Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works better.
* Log out and log back in to your game account (King or Facebook).
* Restart your device to refresh the system.
* Clear the app data once again: Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Data (this won’t affect your progress if your game is saved to a King or Facebook account).
