New Player Card

Thanks for creating this post @Rhonda_L since it's a better title than our previous discussion threads about this matter. I have also had my last remaining game, the one at the top of the game, changed over to the new player card this week. So it very much looks like King have done their testing, totally ignored our feedback, and gone ahead to now permanently roll this out to all. My own player card states I have been playing since 2014, which is probably correct. As for the double colour bombs data, like all the facts it only relates to the previous seven days, so are you quite sure you used more in the past week? I did note that in my other game that whenever I scrolled back to a suitable level to fulfil the colour bomb order for my chocolate box this shot up on my player card, so it clearly also counts old levels and I have not the foggiest idea what the relevance of including the double colour bomb on the player cards may be.

Yeah, I remain not a fan. Have turned off location on the game I travel with as it's absolutely nobody's business where I am. It sent a shock through me when Vicky noted here in the community that I was in Madagascar! Of course it was nothing that had to be secret, but I had chosen not to share it and thanks to Big Brother King everyone on my friends list knew. I also don't think it's anyone's business how long I've been playing. More to the point that is information we cannot op out of.

Now you have spotted the error in the "played since" I'm checking out other players near the top of the map. All of my old friends have what seems to be the correct date, but I note that some of the friends I acquired through this community seem to have nonsense starting dates. This calls for some detective work. Any idea why yours states you have only been playing since 2023, @Carol-38 ?

Hi @christinewupp @Rhonda_L as you know on 3rd October when some of us got the updated Player Cards I posted to QueenB under the thread 'Player Card Test'. I asked what the thinking was behind all the extra information being given and to date we are still waiting for a reply. The information given is personal to each and every player and what is the reason King is sharing it, I really want to know but I guess King can't think of a good enough reason to pass back to @QueenB

I also commented on the date it shows that I started playing, should be 2012 but shows 2023. @cookiemae has the same year shown for her as well 2023. We both used to play via Facebook but opened King accounts and merged our games. Mine could have been the beginning of 2023 but cookiemae's was 2018 so why have we both got 2023 showing. QueenB sent the info back to the Studio so that they were aware of how this impacts other players as well. That message was dated 4th October so it is clear the Studio really aren't that concerned and it does make me wonder why we bother. It's just the same as level feedback and the reason that dried up. Like I keep saying I just want to know the reasoning behind it all, why are we comparing how many combined colour bombs, current log in streak, current win streak, last race position, why, why, why.

I got the tag as well @christinewupp and we seemed to be an after thought. Looked like that is to do with Farm Heros Saga so I didn't bother. Not sure why we keep being asked to comment/vote when nothing actually comes of it. Just goes to show how other games have the scroll down feature, but probably the most played, Candy Crush Saga doesn't. I still have hope that we will get it though, silly me 🥺

Edit: I had another look and see it is for all the games, I might add something at some stage.

Everything seems to be broken at the moment @Deryck or should I be calling you 'Me'. Thought King had thrown a Bot in my friends list 🤣
