Level 2
I did look for this but couldn't find it. I would totally pay for a full version of Candy Crush. I have gotten up to level 4 thousand, but I stopped playing 6 months ago because of the levels having only like 15 tries. When they used to have 30+. And I get it, they need to make money since it is a Free Version. But clearly they make more money "Free" which is why, I am guessing, they don't come out with a Full Paid Version.
I will play again when this happens. Or when Pigs Fly I guess lol.
I play PC games and console games and I never have had this experience. Yes, some games have in game purchases but not to the extent of CC. Where it can take hours or weeks to pass a level if you don't buy lives. And I find Boosters fun so I was even buying those. I know some people are hardcore and don't use lives or boosters but I will play BOTW on my switch if I want to be tortured like that lol.
I only got into Candy Crush because my Fiancé told me about it. He loves it but even he stopped playing. Plus, it's portable and a pretty easy game in general - minus the limited lives issue. I have spent so much money on lives because it is so frustrating. I also had a 2nd job back then which was throw away money.
But it isn't even only about the money. It's the annoyance of feeling taken advantage of once you buy the $1.99 pack and then suddenly the cheapest one is $4.99 and then $9.99. They don't even have an unlimited lives version. You can pay $99.00 for like 200 lives or something (can't remember it's been so long). I can get a retro console and a game for that price.
Anyway. I went back to Bejeweled and Jewel Quest for now. But I sadly do miss CC. Back in the beginning when it was just pure fun. In the end I used to laugh at the intro that says, "Swipe the stress away".
Does anyone know why they choose not to do this? I googled for awhile and found nothing.
Edited to say I have gotten up to Level 4 thousand +.
Hello I'm not sure what you mean by buying a fully paid version of Candy Crush as I can't see what the fun would be in playing this game if there was not the challenge of having limited lives and limited boosters, it would just be futile and boring as we'd be crushing candies for no good reason. But if you are interested, I have repeatedly started CandyCrush games from scratch and every time I manage to make hundreds of gold bars by the time I get to level 1000 without ever spending anything. So maybe you might like to give it a go. Try following my methods here:
I guess like Bejeweled and Jewel Quest work as full games? I have never been bored with either. I just liked CC's interface when it first came out with the candy and the sounds. It was fun for a change. I actually like Soda almost as much and never had to spend any money. But CC has a little more going on which is why I stuck with it for so long.
It's fine you don't know what I mean nor agree! I have been playing games for a long time and I get it's not your thing to play a full version. I don't feel like going into why I prefer it. Or if I even can; It's just something I prefer.
I always start over with CC and end up with tons of Gold Bars but then when I get to level 2K and above they run out too quickly. I have a great YouTube channel I follow who is awesome. She helps me a lot with similar tips. But I still find it too much work lol. It's just not as rewarding to me anymore. So ty anyway for your method.
I see now it's not a thing on here. People aren't into it. And that's cool.
the amount of moves is decreased because they changed the game from the ground up, most of levels don’t have the colours that the game had before, if u see carefully there are only four or five candy colours on the board, being purple, blue, red, green and orange! but doing this they also removed what candy crush should be actually, because it used to be one of those SPECIAL games back in the old days, it made you think before u made ur next move, they literally cared about the level design to make u think before u made another move. I made a poll that talks exactly about this topic feel free to vote 👍
