Hello,
Just a quick post to ask for help, despite trying everythig discussed on google, my candy crush sage loads up and then goes darker in colour and won't let me play it. It seems like a process in its background makes it crash.
Are there any new words of advice ?

Hi @Rugratsmum Welcome to the Community 🤗 Yours isn't the first post regarding this issue, there have been many. The only thing you can do is email King Player Support and explain the problem. Ask them to send to the team that deals with these problems so that they can check your game. You will get an automated reply back from them first telling you to join and ask the Community. In fact you might already have done and got that. You will need to reply back to their automated reply explaining the problem again and hopefully you should get a proper reply. They do get a lot of emails so you will need to be persistent. Not sure if they work at weekends but it could be worth emailing today or leave until tomorrow. I hope you didn't uninstall your game as that removes all your boosters and you won't get them back again. Good luck, hope you get a response and your game back.
