What a sweet day, Candy Players! Our KitKat season has officially begun, and it’s time to dive into some delicious fun!

For those who don’t know me, I’m Snow_Rider—that’s right, I’m the one with the snowboard 🏂 in the community, sliding in to bring you a sweet challenge 🍫

🍫 What’s the Challenge?

As part of our exciting KitKat partnership, KitKat candies will be popping up in the game! (Psst, this feature isn’t available everywhere, but no worries—we have another challenge for you at the end!)

To enter, collect as many KitKat candies as you can and share your best total score as a screenshot in this thread with your name added. You can enter as many times as you like—the more you play, the higher your chances!

🎯 Challenge Breakdown:

This contest has two rounds:

Part 1: Now - November 18

Part 2: November 18 - December 2

For each round, 10 lucky winners with top scores will win 10 Color Bombs each! 🌈💣

I would like someone to tell me why so many of us aren't seeing this alleged month long event in any of our games.

Because the KitKat season is only available in these countries :

France, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Ukraine, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Morocco, Lebanon, Jordan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Africa, and Canada.

I don't have it on a single device. Not one. Why advertise a month long event worldwide if half their customers aren't even eligible to play it? It's absurd. And before someone responds with a generic - is your OS and game version up to date and the most recent available and if your internet connection working - the answers are - YES to all. I would like someone to tell me why so many of us aren't seeing this alleged month long event in any of our games.

So as suggested by QueenB, here's my completed in-game collection which is limited to 8500 candies @Snow_Rider . I still do not understand how I can be part of the top scorers with a 12500 KitKat collection going on at the same time. And how to show further collection until the 18th, since that event collection has now disappeared from my Map once I had completed it before I could even claim the rewards I had earned. 🤷‍♀️

I would welcome any ideas, dear CMs 🤗🙏

There are different groups that can have different requirements and or rewards when we run events so that is why you see the difference.
