I need help I lost my golden bars twice yesterday once can not claim my earned 56 and secondly 48 golden bars was stolen from me when I entered the game there was only 2 golden bars instead of 50.
Please check my progress and give my golden bars back to continue the game. My level is 16591

Hi @AnaAsatiani as we are all players like yourself in the Community I'm afraid we can't check your progress or give you gold bars, I wish we could. You will have to email King Player Support and explain what has happened. You will get an automated reply back first telling you to join and ask the Community. Just reply back to that automated reply explaining the problem again and ask them to send to the team that deals, so that they can check your game. It isn't an easy process and you may need to reply more than once but it's the only thing you can do. Good luck, hope you get it sorted and would like to know how you get on. If you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help 😉
