Problems with candy crush saga

A few days ago I was playing candy crush upon losing the round the screen went gray, I could still see the screen but it was grayed out. I couldn’t click on anything. I asked for help they told me to check if there were updates and if there was still room on my iPad. Everything was up to date and w there was still room. I decided to delete the app and reload it, it worked for one round and grayed out again. I lost all my bonuses. Does anyone have any help for me?

    Hi @Mmorin Welcome to the Community 🤗 I'm sorry to say this is happening to so many others. Did you email King Player Support and they told you to check to see if you had the latest update and space on your IPad? If you did all you can do is reply back to their email telling them you still have a problem. Ask them to send to the team that deals with these issues to look at your game and see what has happened. If you haven't already emailed them then do. You will receive an automated reply back telling you to join and ask the Community. Just reply back to that email explaining everything again, it can be a long process but it's the only way. I'm sorry you uninstalled the app as yes all your hard played for boosters are removed and you can't get them back. You could also add that to your email to King and ask if they will compensate you with a few booster, worth a try. Good luck, really hope you get the proper help you need 🤞

    I did reply back to their email but I haven’t heard back from them. I thought thought maybe it was my iPad so I downloaded the app on my phone but it does the same thing.
