We want to update you about the Gold Pass feature. Unfortunately, we had to turn it off temporarily because it wasn’t working as expected. But don’t worry, our team is working hard to fix the issue!
Once the feature is back, you’ll be able to collect the rewards you missed. No need to contact Player Support; everything will be taken care of automatically.
Thank you for your patience while we sprinkle some magic and get everything sorted. Keep an eye on your game, and we’ll make sure every player who purchased the pass gets compensated for the trouble.
Hello @shelleymac77 Welcome to the community. In fact you are not the first player to have complained about this in the past few days. Please do contact Player Support, best via the app. To do so use Settings in the game, which is the small pink cogwheel. There go to the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see Contact Us at the bottom. You will get an automated email at first but this should be followed up by a proper reply. If it does not reply to the first email and restate you case, include a screenshot if possible.
@QueenB I have noted at least three complaints of this nature this week but unfortunately the Community search option is so useless I cannot find the other posts. But this might need to be looked into.

Thanks for flagging this. The issue with the Season Pass not unlocking has already been reported to the studio by the Player Support team, and they’re investigating.
If you come across similar posts, feel free to direct players to Player Support while we wait for an update. I’ll try to find the other reports so I can merge them here 😉
Good Good morning But I woke up. I noticed my font was different. Also I was missing the piggy bank in my events tab and the season pass reward is also missing and I paid extra to have the gold level. That was not supposed to be done for another. I think 4 or 5 days? What happened?

Thank you for report it , In the meantime Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
