I bought the pack, but my season pass is gone .

The advice from QueenB has now changed: Don't contact Support but apparently the missing rewards you paid for will be automatically added to your game. Check this thread for updates:

Sorry about this confusion but that is what I was I told yesterday by the Community Manager to advise everyone to do! Yesterday we were advised to contact Player Support about this, but the advice has now changed. QueenB has just posted about it. Check her reply here:
