If the issue persists, you can also reach out to Player Support directly:

Open Candy Crush Saga, go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap the ? (Help Center).
Select a topic like Purchase/Gold Bars Issues and scroll to the bottom to tap Contact Us.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
