Hi there @aishuidexiaogongzhu It's great to see you here and of course we are allowed to post twice in a row, I do it all the time! You are perfectly right in saying that an opt out feature would give players the privacy needed if they would prefer to not chat. The truth however is that King do not want us to chat in the game. There have been countless requests for a chat box to be put into the game over the years, and there is an official "Ideas" thread (check the top of this web page), where that idea has been suggested and as you can see by the link below it has been very popular:

Actually, it doesn't need to remove the chat feature. Adding an "on/off" option on chat feature can solve this issue. If someone wants to chat, then turn on. If not, turn off then. In this way, someone wants to chat, then do it at their own risk. A lot of social media have chat or personal message feature, if they have to remove that feature just because those problems you said in your comment, why is that chat feature still there?

I'm sorry, but I really don't think that's a good idea. Too many options for harassment and especially children but also everyone else getting exposed to explicitly adult content without consent which is why the option to chat was removed from countless games in the last years. This forum is a great and moderated way to chat for Candy Crush players.
