I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game!
When you said "frozen" - is it while you are playing level # 8695 or are you on map screen? If you are on map screen, do you see a Grey screen? Can you please post a screenshot of what you see?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
