Game was getting freezed for 1 day. I deleted the game and reinstalled it. After linking it to Facebook, to my surprise all my inventory was lost. I'd spent a lot to get that. Pls help
Did you read MY reply? I did explain that you lose your inventory if you uninstall the app. The inventory items are stored on the app inside your phone only. When you delete the app you delete the inventory.
My progress is intact, my gold is there but all my boosters inventory is gone
Unfortunately if you uninstall Candy Crush you lose your entire inventory and it cannot be retrieved. Your boosters are stored on your device, not at King's Servers so they get lost if we delete the app. Therefore we never recommend that anyone uninstall the app. There is rarely a need for this, and it will not solve any issues. You might like to contact Player Support though with this as if you paid for your boosters they may give you some of them back as compensation for your loss. To contact Player Support go into settings in the app, then choose the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.

If you never made an account previously, it could be that you lost your progress - in that case I advice you to connect the support in the game and ask for help to see if they can help get you back to where you were in the game

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
