Why am I back to Day 1 on daily bonus

Why am I back to day 1 on the daily bonus when I have been faithful for thousands of day WITHOUT a single day?  I don’t get my 30 minute life, why?  You are able to see my activity and you know I have not missed a day.  I would like it back.

Please advise,

    I have also been moved back to day one, now two, after I had been playing many, many days in a row. Had actually been on yesterday before updating the app. 

    Please get me back to where I was on my daily bonus.

    I have lost my daily bonus and had to start over again on jelly and soda crush twice!  Jelly only allows me to go to day 7.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app causing me to loose several boosters.  I have been a dedicated user, and am super frustrated.  Please advise.
