Follow this sequence:
Collect the first key to unlock the yellow frog. Move it UP towards the area where the yellow candies are hidden under the ice.
Once the frog has been charged, use it to collect the red key.
Now that the cakes have been unlocked, you need to get rid of them more or less quickly. Destroying the cakes unlocks the two color bombs. Match them.
Doing this unlocks another pair of color bombs and charges the frog. In order to unlock the board further, frosting and color bombs must be collected. The best way is to use the FROG to hit that frosting by moving it just below it, BEFORE matching the two color bombs.
After moving the frog, it's time to match those two color bombs.
Finally, the toffee dispenser has been unlocked, and toffees have started dropping on the board. Given that one column is now filled with them, I can gather many at once with the last double color bomb combo.
There are still a few toffees to collect with one move left. Thankfully, I managed to create a wrapped + wrapped combo.
