Hi @Deryck I'd say make the most of it and join us testing out what seems to bring this on. I have two unsaved test games though am reluctant to try to log into my game with these as I fear King have made some changes lately since they changed the player cards that might make me lose all my boosters. I'm not sure if it still works the way it used to. Can you remind me what device you play on? Better answer in the Player Card thread though as it's more fitting for discussions than Support Forum. I am wondering how it came you were "me" on the player card as well. Did you ever choose this name when you were a new player? So many questions. I am worried they are trying to block our last way for anyone but brand new players to play and enjoy the game for free….
I'm not dropping this thread till my issue is resolved. If King thinks I'll just quietly slink into the background, they've got another thing coming.
I see one issue was finally fixed at least: my Current login streak is working again. After being stuck at 906 for multiple days, it's now suddenly at 930.
For this effort, all Friends gets lives today (when I find time), hooray!
The lag/gray screen issue remains.
@QueenB First, you can inform King I've lost ~75% interest in the game and, consequently, this community now that the game no longer works on mobile for me.
The other matter is I've identified what may be another possible reason for what's causing the issue: my account no longer syncs across devices. Specifically, in the past once I claimed rewards from the Treat Machine or Spin Wheel, the timer would reset for those features. Then my other device would match the new countdown time, preventing additional collection of boosters from those features.
Now, when I play on the Win app and collect rewards from the Treat Machine and Spin Wheel, I'm still able to collect rewards from those features on my mobile device. The timer on the one device doesn't carry over to the other.
As much as I enjoy collecting crappy boosters from those features, I'd much rather have a working game. So please tell King to properly sync my account across devices again.
@QueenB Seems the team are doing something. My Treat Machine and Spin Wheel now have matching countdown timers, which differs from a few days ago. Good.
But I'm still able to collect rewards from the Treat Machine across both devices. Spin Wheel has been fixed though as it's only active once.
