For the first time ever I made a small purchase. Afterwards all extra reward opportunities have disappeared. No extra moves after finishing a game, no ads for treats, extra lives or other opportunities are available. I refuse to make another purchase and am on 17,713. The game is impossible without an occasional bonus treat. I have read King supposedly doesn’t punish for purchasing yet many have complained of similar problems. The game should be fair to ALL players and not placed into various test pools as the company claims. Disappointed after 10 plus years of a game I have enjoyed….

Hello @Lisamng Welcome to the community! That is really tough on you after such a long time playing. Where did you read that King supposedly doesn't punish for purchasing? I doubt it was here. We have been warning players about this for years! Check this thread if you would like to read more:
There have been so many complaints of this nature over the past three years, many of them about losing ads following a purchase, that King have put them all together in this neat collection thread.

This happened to me after one purchase. I had no extra help for months but eventually small rewards like two extra moves crept in. Now, since more recent updates I have all the extra little tasks and games back and can once again play properly. I nearly gave up too. But stick with it, after all watching the adverts is a money maker for them.

Thanks for the feedback. Still nothing with the extra bonuses or treats. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to pass the level 17,713 without them. I will never purchase again so it looks like my road ends here 😡…
