Hi @1HotTamale - hope you are having a great weekend. Please note this section is for CC Friends. Please select the home button at the upper left of your screen and then navigate to the correct game icon and support section there. They can better assist there.
I am going to tag a couple of Superstars though that might be able to assist better as well. @Elsa @firebombmarkus please assist if possible for our new friend 😁 -
Ok this is what you need to do. Make sure that you do not play with the version that came installed with Windows 10. Go to the Microsoft store which looks like a shopping bag. Do a search for Candy Crush Saga and install it. Open the game and do NOT login with Facebook when it asks if you want to play that way. Go to the settings button on the bottom left and when it opens click on the King logo and sign in with you email address and password from your King.com account. Once you log in you should be at your current level. It won’t look like the version that you are used to seeing. There won’t be a pop up box when it opens asking if you want to send lives to your friends. But you will now have the opportunity of playing quests and challenges to win rewards. Those are only available on mobile and Windows 10.

I know what’s going on! King.com was Flash based so when the studio changed over to HTML5 there were no new levels that could be added anymore on King.com. Level 2825 is the last available level that can be played there. When we were still in the old King Care there was a blog explaining how to get back to the new version but you can’t advance on King.com. You can only continue with the new version on any browser by playing through Facebook. The other options are to play on a computer with Windows 10 or with a mobile device and those you can play through the Kingdom with the account that you used to log in on king.com.
