I'm asking if King Player Support still exist as I had referred many to them recently to sort out their problems that only King can put right.
Last week I emailed King Player Support and got an automated reply, I was expecting that so not a problem, I replied to that automated reply. Now this is where is gets really silly
In total I received 11 automated replies, so with my first email and replying to all the automated replies, I ended up sending 12 emails. Thought I'd be best to start again being as they definitely weren't going to answer me. So I started again, sent a new email, got an automated reply, answered that, got another automated.
In total the second time of trying I received 12 automated replies, so that was another 13 emails without a proper response.
So in total I had sent 25 emails and all I received each time was
I had already explained in full and very politely what I was emailing them about and that I was already in the Community so no point telling me to ask there.
Would be interested to know if anyone has actually got a proper reply from King Player Support in the past 3 months or so.
I can't really answer your question because the last time I sent an email to Player Support was over two years ago, at that time it worked just fine and I used to find them helpful. To be honest @Carol-38 I'm not sure if anyone still works there. I doubt there are many humans. King could surely have invested into a decent AI programme to answer most queries but evidence would suggest that they have not done so either. Irrelevant replies like yours, that is just lazy and rude.
Hello, when there was a problem with Season Pass a couple of weeks ago where it just disappeared, I contacted player support to tell them I had almost finished and would miss out on the UFO. I had a reply within a few hours and they kindly sent 25 gold bars to me as compensation. When the Season Pass was reinstated I was able to claim the UFO so it was a win win situation for me. Maybe I was just lucky but I don’t have any complaints. Good luck with your request to them.

Hi Carol, my question would be: Has Player Support ever existed?
I got in the Community following a glitch in an event, which resulted in not receiving the GB awarded. That was a year ago, and my interaction with Player Support went through the same scenario than yours. Ever since, whenever I needed to contact them, not once did I ever interact with a human being. Only received those 🤬 automated emails over and over again.
I get absolutely nothing but that same automated reply over and over. I never get any support, or anything to make up for how much their bugs screw up my game. King doesn't seem to care if players leave in droves now.
There is no doubt in my mind that Player Support do blacklist people based on the number of mails they receive from them. I think @Colleen Companion Welsh posted extensively on this issue as well @Carol-38 and if I recall this right then firstly she received some very useful help and then found that stopped suddenly. It may have been because they sift out any emails from people who write repeatedly, it may also be that they since got rid of all the human staff. Or a mix of both.
You are correct I have been posting for months about the lack of responses from King Customer Care. For me this started around All Stars 2024. I was only receiving a continuous stream of automated responses with a link to the Zen Helpdesk here in the community. Sadly, I have given up sending complaints that end up with a Customer Care Feedback form for no customer service.
