Dragon is stuck here wasted gold bars used each trick but its not coming out from here. I also tried to move it with hand. So any suggestions
You are correct: You won't be able to continue from this position, there is nothing you can do but quit and play again. This does occasionally happen on some dragon levels and may be a deliberate part of the level design. Don't play a double colour bomb or party popper as your first move leaving the liquorice intact until the dragon has dropped down past the top row. They should then hopefully drop down the correct way on your next attempt.
If the dragon ends up in the second column from the right, there is no way to get it out whether you have 10 moves or 50 moves. This needs a fix as playercannot control where the dragon drops down.

Level 9034. You have to collect one dragon to complete the level. The Dragon moves down the right side, through the portal into the middle section and then through to the left column and down to the exit at the bottom. THere is a frog hidden on the right under the crystal candies and you need to use it twice to open the left column. You can use the frog once it is grown to help clear the middle section the first time and after that it can help to get the cherry down through the portals. Don't place the frog inside the left column as it will block the dragon from dropping down. There is a colourbomb producing bonbon in the top right section and if you can avoid using it too early it will help later to get the cherry down the board and, if you are lucky, grow the frog.Please check this video
