Inventory not showing up on Facebook

I am getting ready to get a new iphone. I sync'd my device to my facebook account to back up my progress in candy crush. My inventory on facebook does not match the inventory on my phone. I am afraid I will lose my inventory if I switch my phone. It happened when I swapped out my phone a couple years ago. How do I get the inventory in facebook to match my phone. My level shows up correctly. My level is 16972.

Forgot to mention above! Even if you download the game on your new phone, boosters on your old phone will still be available for you to use - until you delete the game or dispose the phone!

Sorry for missing your post till now!

In King Saga games, only our game progress and the Gold bars are synced across the devices. But, the boosters and Lives received from friends won't be synced and limited to the device we use, and cannot be transferred!

That is the reason, you are finding the boosters different on your phone and your Facebook game. Because of this, when you download the game on your new phone, only your game progress and Gold Bars will be transferred/synced and none of the boosters will. Unless, your old phone is also an iPhone, you can backup your game to iCloud, which makes it possible to transfer the boosters to your new phone.

Why are you doing this to us?
On my brand new full on memory ipad I lose the moment I’m about to win a game, a life and go back to tye same level which is suddenly harder. I’m not tye only one, read on
