Where did my boosters go?

I I'm just a couple of levels away from Level 3800. About 2 weeks ago the app stopped offering me boosters after losing a level. I reported it twice and it still is not solved. I have shut my phone off turned it back on and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Now I am not getting the booster offer beside the play at the beginning of any levels this started a couple of days ago.

I am almost to level 4000. But, I'm done. After emails I have received no help and today I realized that your records have me at level 1. I have received none of the badges that I qualified for months ago and now receive no boosters or extra turns at all! It's been fun,but at this point your game sucks!!! So sorry I wasted all those hours!

Hello @safeblessing I would like to add some further advice to PummyRaj's excellent explanation, which moderators will not be allowed to tell you here:

If you spend any real money on any offers in the game all your ads will disappear from your game. So please be careful to not to spend anything. King are experimenting with us. They have probably taken off your end of level boosters to try and coax you into spending money instead of watching an advert. If you don't fall for this and don't spend money you stand a good chance that those ads will come back soon. I have seen this in my own game.

Oh! So, you are missing the Ads only for the extra moves?

Still the same formulae! There are multiple tests — the Hot air balloon that gives Ads, pre-game booster Ads, Ads for extra moves, Ads for 5 extra moves, Ads for 3 extra moves, Ads for 3 extra moves + 1 UFO boosters (I had this option for few months in my 2nd game), Ads for Lives, Ads in Daily Treat Machine (I saw this too)!! There might have been other Ad groups that I am completely unaware of!!

Each of these tests are sent to different groups of players! It's all depends on which "group" we fall under! Sometimes, if we are lucky, we might fall into multiple groups, with which, we will receive more features!

I have been playing my primary game account from 10+ years! I have not seen a single Ad till now! I do have "Sweet Cinema" feature that works once a while, but not daily!

I think you are asking about the Ad Videos that offer you extra moves at the end of the level, and also for the boosters at the beginning of the level, isn't it?

If so, I am wondering if your turn to receive the Ads is over and hence, the feature was taken out from your game! These Ad videos are one of the testing features, which are not a permanent feature! Once we get a chance to test the feature for a while (could be few months or a year - it depends on the test group we fall in), the features will be moved to another group of players! As players, we have no way of knowing how long these tests last either!!

All we can do is to make sure that the game App is updated to the latest version, and there is enough storage room (at least 2 GB) on our device memory! And then, wait!! Hope this answers your question!
