👽 Astros vs. Aliens - How does it work?

Thanks for the tag @kiara_wael! It's not in my game yet. I find it interesting that the studio has come up with the topic of aliens just as the public is finally hearing more and more about the UFOs and the aliens coming to earth. There has been whistleblowers that worked with the government learning about reverse engineering from the UFOs that crashed and first hand knowledge that they have seen aliens.

But back on the subject, it's not in my game yet. I do have to agree with @Peter_Tornaros and I am not playing the game that much these days. It's boring and difficult to clear the levels. From someone who was always at the top of the game waiting for new levels to be released every Wednesday, I am now so far from the end. The challenge is just no longer inside my head. Lately I go into the game every day to get the daily boosters. Then I play the level maybe twice and when I can't clear it I close the game.

I also agree with @christinewupp that the game has become very boring. The events don't impress me, nor do the candy changes for the events (e.g. pumpkins for Halloween). Why doesn't the team want to listen to their players who have posted ideas here in the community. Maybe the data they need to collect is the number of players who are bored with the game or have moved on from the game. Their data will never be correct, only my thought on this, because as players leave, new players start so they probably don't see a major drop in the number of players.

This game was always my favorite among the 4 candy crush games but it's no longer my favorite. Maybe these messages here need to be shared with the studio because so many of us are long time players who have lost interest and adding another event is not always the answer!

I'm going to join my Tiffi, Yeti and King Chewy for a bit!

I also find those tests crazy! I wish they would stop them altogether so that we all get the same things and can then discuss them. With these tests if anyone writes here about an event, we will always see messages from others who never got it or, like you wrote, you've seen it for months.

I've had this several times it is fun and it's easy so just for some booster's and gold I thought it was worth the play besides it was fun my opinion 😄

I have had this event in my game quite a few times and to be honest, I am not a fan of it🙁 No matter which team I chose, I always lost as no other teammate was playing the game to reach the goal!! One time, I tried and played 5 episodes as there was another event going on in the game only to find out that the event disappeared and no reward!!

I had it again last week and I must say that it worked well! I chose Yeti’s team this team and most of the teammates were active and played the game.

But, one of the rewards in the pop-up was “confusing” and I am not sure what all I have received as final reward (didn’t keep a record of my GB that night)!

What does it mean by “0 seconds of unlimited lives”? Is it saying that we will not receive any lives or there is supposed to be another digit in place of 0?

Well said @_Elsa_ . Unfortunately I am convinced the Game Studio has instructions to eliminate high level players.

We do not spend enough money on the game, therefore everything is aimed at the Newbies and their $$$. All these side games that require playing new levels are evidence of this.

I, also, only log into the game of a morning to collect the boosters, however the Daily Treat Machine has become a farce, predominately giving timed boosters. Again aimed at the Newbies, enticing them to play immediately.

Once my booster bank expires, I can see no point in continuing to play the game. A win for the Games Studio !!!

I agree with you regarding the daily treat machine. I am not a fan of timed boosters. What's the purpose of offering them when the levels can't be cleared.And what's with the extra moves? It used to be just 5 that you could get using gold bars and now it's up to like 200ish extra moves. I think what's happening is that with almost 20,000 levels available the studio has run out of ideas.

I wonder if you are right about the game studio being instructed to eliminate high level players @Peter_Tornaros. They are exceedingly slow at fixing the "games won't synch" issue affecting many of us playing on more than one device. This issue is apparently only affecting high level players. I don't know what is so innately different about it to cause a glitch like that to only affect players near the top of the game. I have now resigned myself to playing on one device only and will delete the game on the other.
