Hi! My table to will not connect to the game and won't sync with my phone.
It won't let me use my lives or collect my trophies or winnings, please help

thanks for replying. There is no error message. It says it’s connected to the internet but will not let me use my lives or collect rewards. I’m send a picture of my mail (lives) that will not open and I can not connect to the App Store.
All it does is spin and won’t connect.

When did the issue start?
Which device are you using to play the game and which version of the App do you have right now?
Do you see any error message when you try to collect the rewards? Did you happen to take any screenshots? If not, can you please try and take some screenshots and share with us?
