Hi, today around 2.30pm I tried to combine my account with my Facebook account, but I don't know why I no longer have the same progress I had achieved. Maybe I linked the account to an old Facebook one? Could you recover the account you had up until that time or last night? Thank you

precisely no, approximately between 1400 and 1500 (maybe 1600). the thing that I no longer have is: the ability to see the ads and all the various accumulated bonuses that I no longer have.

Hi @DavidinoX86 , it looks you are currently connected using your King accoun which is why you are not seeing your correct progress. Can you please log out and restart your game and log in but this time make sure to connect using your Facebook account as this is the one that has your current progress.

Ok I did as you told me, but I still don't have Gold and bonuses that I had before (before I tried to merge Candy with Facebook), I can't even view the ads

now I'm playing and everything is working, not the same Gold as before but it's ok
