Multiple players have contacted Player Support since then, but sync is still not working
Oh really? I'll eat my hat if that helps anyone. Player Support can't fix this and the last thing they need is yet another few thousand complaints about something they can't help with!
Very interesting - King told me to contact player account and they know that's an issue on their side with players on the highest levels.
