I'm playing this game since day 1, which was back in 2012, and I've NEVER had any ads in my game. None! It's a bit silly to hear that 12 years later it's still a 'test feature'

I have the same problem. I’m at the level 16693. I had ads until last weekend. I could play 400 levels at week.
Now since three days I don’t have ads and not lives too. It’s impossible to pass the level. I spent all my boosters and without ads, I’m blocked at this level. I’m very sad. I’m ill and it’s my only pleasure to play candy crush…
And I can’t play now… I’m very very sad and disappointed.

Porque los anuncios que ponen cuando a uno solo le acaban las cosas o los movimientos algunas veces se queda el anuncio ahí pegado, no deja cerrarlo, ni se cierra ni nada se puede quedar ahí media hora y nada que se soluciona. No se pongan a dejar esos anuncios, si uno se va a quedar con la partida perdida

Not true. The first time I bought boosters with money, I have never gotten adds again. I have been playing for 15 years.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
