I logged into a game and lost 50+ gold bars and all my saved lives from friends. Tried logging out and back in, tried restarting the app. Still the same. Any suggestions?

I logged into my account to save the progress of the game I was playing on iPhone. I logged out and when I logged back I into the account again to play, I had maintained the progress level and friends list but I’m missing gold bars and saved lives gifted from friends. Not much I can show in the screenshot currently but I’ve attached it anyway in case it gives you clues.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Which device are you using to play the game?
Did you make sure that you are logged into your game with the account details you regularly use? In King Saga games, if we are logged out of the game, everything will become 0 and the game progress also will start from level # 1!
Did you just create an account and logged into the game? Or do you have this account from a while?
Did you reinstall the App or change the device you regularly use?
