Need help syncing devices when I no longer have email address I signed in with

I have been having issues with syncing two of my devices. Only now do I see people are also having that issue. This morning I uninstalled and reinstalled Candy Crush Saga on my tablet hoping that would help. But I no longer have the email address associated with the account so I can’t log back in and link it to my iPhone.

I have seen other comments on this page stating that Support would be able to link my account to a new email address.
How do I sign into my tablet account in order to link it to my iPhone when I don’t have my email address anymore? And how do I get a hold of someone who can help me transfer my account to a new email address so I can sync my devices?

    In Candy Crush Friends Saga we are not aware of any synchronization issues. Do you mean our game or do you mean Candy Crush Saga?. That's a different game and I could have your question redirected to the right forum.
    Please let me know which game you mean exactly.

    Hi - Yes, Candy Crush Saga. I just need to be able to sync my games to new email address since the email address they were set up with no longer exists. I’d like to re-sign back into my tablet to sync with my iPhone.

    I also play Candy Crush Saga but I don't know how to use an iPhone. On my Windows PC and Andriod phone, I can change the email address. Can you please check your iPhone to see if this option is available there?

    Go to "My Account" and then "Edit"

    Then enter your new email address. I hope this works on your iPhone.

    I can only enter a new email address if I know the password to the old one, which I do not since the old one does not exist anymore.

    I have read through prior threads where admin can help transfer the game information to a new email address in situations like this, but I don’t know how to go about that. I don’t know who to reach out to for that.

    Hi @Courtney627 I have received the information that you should please contact the support from within the game to open a ticket. Your login details and email contain very personal information that we are not allowed to share here in the community for privacy reasons. On your iPad (where you are logged in to the game, even if the email address is no longer active), please go to Settings (the gear wheel in the bottom right), then the question mark and select the topic "My Game Progress" and the subtopic that is closest to your problem. Go to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the help page and open a ticket. In the text message box, describe your problem. You are welcome to share the ticket number here (please only the ticket number, nothing more).

    I just followed your instructions but instead included the email I want to transfer my account to and all it does is give me a canned response and tells me to check this community for answers. I also was not given a ticket number. It’s just sending me in a loop and it keeps sending me here.


    Please help! This is so frustrating, I keep getting the run around to come to the community every time I submit a ticket.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!

    Please try again sending a new complaint. Once you click on "Contact Us", you will be filling out your details in the initial form, right? Your email address is auto-filled there! Please make sure to delete that address and provide your current email address. This way, you will be receiving their reply to your current email address, and then, you can continue to chat with them.

    Hi - I did this and got an auto reply to come to this community (attached). All I need to do is update my old email address with the new one so I can log into multiple devices. But I don’t have the password to the old email address. How do I go about doing this?

    I am logged into the game on my phone with my old email address, but I want to log into my tablet and since I don’t have the email address anymore, or the password, from what I understand, I need to request my data be forwarded to a new email address. Is this the correct procedure? Who can help me with that?
