I am glad to know that you sent the email with your new email address! To change your game account ail address to the new one, you will need King Player Support team's help.
The response you have received is an "automated" email, which every King game player receives after sending their initial complaint.
For further communication, you will have to send a reply through that automated email. Just above the image, you see a line that says "please type your reply above this line", right? Type your reply there and send your response.
Also, one more thing! In the Subject line of the email you have received from King, you should see a ticker number. Can you post that here? Or take a screenshot of that Subject line and post it here (please make sure to cover your email address)!
I reached out days ago and I have replied to the below email with no response. The email I received today does not contain a ticket number, but attached is the email I received two days ago.

But, in the meantime, please do send a reply to the email you have received tonight/today. You might have to wait for up to 72 hours to hear back from them, which is a norm. So, please don't worry that you did not receive any response.
