When you said "you are offline" - is it appearing on a specific feature or while logging into the game or to the store? Can you please post a screenshot of that "connection issue" message pop-up?

When i am connected to the internet it says im offline. I cannot save my progress or get more items with coins.

Still unable to sign into my account or to use any of my coins. Still saying offline connect to internet when i am already connected. Have turned phone off, have turned Wifi on and off. Don’t want to loose progress. on 3969 level.

I have tried all of the above and it still says i need to connect to internet despite me being already connected. I hate to delete the app because i’ll lose all of my levels and coins. What else can i do?
