I can not pass 3710. I have looked for videos for help and it is not that same version I have. Any suggestions?
In these snowstorm levels the dragon are freeds if you make matches next to the ice they are trapped in, or if you hit the ice with special candies. Once freed the level plays the same as other levels.
You are probably expected to pay gold bars or play several boosters to pass this level. Apart from trying to create special candies and combos of special candies there really isn't any advice we can give. These levels are all the same. We either keep replaying and hope the game will eventually let us pass or we will have to pay. Or wait until this event is over, which is another week I think. After that time the level should revert to its original form.
This is similar to the one I have except I have 3 sets of dragons.
This is the one I have that I can not pass.
Please note we now have baby dragons in Candy Crush and players might not understand any reference to ingredients.

The version I have of level 3710 is like the videos so I assume yours is not like mine here:?
I note it's an end of episode level so you probably have the horrible Snowstorm event in your game, which replaces end of episode levels with much harder versions. If your level happens to look like my screenshot below, then it has been complained about by others and may not be possible to pass without boosters.
There are a few snowstorm levels with dragons stuck in the ice but this one is the worst. I had it in my game yesterday and tried to pass with a UFO near the end and it went to completely the wrong place! I don't believe this level is possible to pass unless you play multiple boosters and/or pay for extra moves. The other snowstorm levels are easier to pass than this one but I don't have a screenshot of these. If your level is different please post a screenshot.
The general rule applies to all levels: Try to make special candies. If you get a chance then make a combo of special candies, such as wrap/stripe or colour bomb/wrap or stripe combos. If the game won't allow you to make combos of special candies you are probably meant to fail, so replay the level as often as it takes until the game offers you enough extra moves for 10 gold bars and then pay the 10 gold.

As you can see, level 3710 is a level where you need to collect a few ingredients, so the best approach to that is to focus on clearing a path for them to go through.
In that case, you can focus on mixing special candies, like striped+wrapped to make sure you can hit more than one blocker at once, and collect more candy too, if necessary, making your life really easier!
Actually, this strategy is going to also solve another item that imposes a major part in difficulty: the moves count. If you keep those ideas in mind, it will make sure that every move you make really packs a punch. Now, there’s no need to go in a rush, so take it slow to think about your next moves, and check how they will affect the rest of the board in moving you closer to your objective.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
