Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I recently made a purchase and my ads immediately disappeared. It’s been a month. I feel like I’m being punished for making a purchase. Please return my ads. I really love the game and have been playing since 2014. Please help

I am a new player for a few months and never got the ads bonus!! On top of all that, when I started to purchase the golden ticket passes, the levels started to get harder. For example on a easy level, I only had 15 moves that I was able to make!!☹️

Um, I have always been able to watch ads to get extra moves, boosters, and lives...until I purchased Gold Bars. Now, I can only spend my Gold Bars on extra moves/lives. 😢 …so begs the question "Did I make a mistake when I made that purchase?"
