I had a long run winning streak, getting close to 90-100. When my streak broke, I no longer received the option to watch videos. How do I get them back? I also stopped receiving the option on Candy Crush Soda.
After she’s been on a level for a day, she’ll hand me the phone to get her on to the next level
Does this work @robt0216 ? If you can pass the next level for your wife on her phone then it's not the unfair nature of the game that stops your wife from passing the levels. It must be that you see opportunities that she missed.
I can’t understand why this even occurs. I also have a lot more in-game competitions that I don’t think she’s had pop up for her. After she’s been on a level for a day, she’ll hand me the phone to get her on to the next level
I have never had videos. However my sister has been getting the option for quite a while. That is the only reason I know it exist
My wife has never been able to watch videos after losing a round and is around level 2250. I, on the other hand, am on level 12000+ and have always had ads show up after losing a round. Neither one of us have ever purchase any in-game boosters. King still gives the same answer regarding this issue but there’s never any action taken. Wifey is extremely annoyed when she’s gets down to one item left to complete and can see that if she had one more move, she could complete it. But has to start over again.
Since I bought the purchase of 200ksh I no longer get to watch videos to get extra moves..why all this I can't win anymore I love the game but I feel like deleting it...

I'm a member of the payed a couple bucks and got punished for it club too. The game is crap now. Used to play it all day, now I might play every other day and its fading further from my everyday activities. Stuck on levels for a week+ at a time when I was clearing hundreds of levels a week before. Good job King, you morons.

Oh my gosh, people, I really hate responding to these posts because it's been complained about time and time again, and also responded to time and time again!
One more time, once you make a purchase with real $, you lose your ability to watch ads. Even if you only spend 99¢. We here in the Community have said this so many times. It's been proven! You buy anything with real money, you lose the ability to watch adverts. Maybe they'll come back in a few months.
I wish people would use the search bar to find a topic they're wondering about. Don't mean to be mean... just my 2¢.

After years if playing i lost videos also after my first in game purchase. I used to enjoy the extra chances that are needed for many levels. Now I’m losing enjoyment of the game without the video features. Ironic someone thinks i will buy again after this.
I also haven’t been able to watch video ads for free reward booster. It acts like it is going to play it then takes to purchase it. Getting pretty frustrated with th glitches lately.

Being punished for making a purchase? ! I made a 1.99 purchase and now no more video's, my game playing is done and I will come back daily just to get my daily reward, but I'm not playing until the video's are back. Shame on you King!

You keep posting this answer, but judging by how often you have to do this isn't it time someone in charge actually did something about this? Almost a third of discussions here are about complaints of the videos and ads. It's irritating. King would make money from ads, don't they? Why don't you let players have them back?

I'm always happy to approve friend requests, but now I'm getting an inordinate amount of friends who only ask for lives, never give any. If I don't approve or send them lives, they just sit there forever. Is there any way to delete these people after a certain amount of time?
