why does android have adds before they start playing and if they lose to get more moves but i don't

It is not because you are using Android device, but you are in placed in the test group that receives Ads before the level starts!
There are various test groups with the Ads —
See how many groups there are? It depends on which test group(s) you fall in!
The game Studios keep changing these tests groups! So, you will not stay in this group all the time! You might be moved to a different group that receives lot of Ads for extra moves and boosters or to the group that do not receive Ads at all!! It all depends on the computer generated list!
If you are receiving the Ads for Pre-game booster, that is useful too, as you can save the boosters you have saved up😊

Hello @Hummy_339 Welcome to King Community. Are you saying that you are getting ads before the game start? I haven't seen this is happened to my phone which is android too. Could you please log out and login back to see if this is happen again or not? Also check your android version if its running the latest version or not. Also check your game is updated or not too. I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
