Glitch on Candy Crush Level 9894?

I am having trouble with level 9894 and I think there is possibly a glitch. There are 3 gummy dragons that drop off of the conveyer belt. The first and second ones allow you to clear two needed keys. The third one, however, drops straight down and then there is absolutely no way to clear the last key and release the remaining frosting to clear the level. Am I missing something or is there a problem with this level? Thanks in advance!

Yes @MelissaStemmer, there's a problem with this level indeed. There have been several complaints about it, and the problem was reported to the game studio, but there has been no fix yet. You can try complaining to Player Support regarding this. The more complaints they receive, the more likely something will get done about it.

I'm having the same problem with level 9894. It's not letting the dragon stay at the bottom of the screen in order to get the last blue key. I've watched other players win the level and there was no exit out that bottom hole but now there is showing little eggs at the bottom where theirs didn't here's two examples the first ones mine the second one's one that won the game

Don't waste money or boosters on this level. It's very unfortunate this error has happened during the holidays. Normally the Community Manager would have gotten the team to look into this by now, but I think they are all on holiday. Please follow the advice to report it to player Support and apart from that I am not sure we can do anything but wait until next Monday. @QueenB
