I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey screen" issue in your game!
I just need a clarification! Are you using an iOS device and Windows 10/11 App as well to play the game? Or are you playing on Facebook browser?
NOTE: Please do not reinstall the game as this issue is not on your side, but the game itself! Hence, deleting the App will not help and does not resolve the issue! It is being investigated by the King team, but the fix is taking longer!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
