Facebook account banned, cannot log in to my old account
hi there,
I had an old account linked to Facebook, and only linked to Facebook, without a King account. Meanwhile I changed phone and stopped playing Candy Crush. Then my Facebook account was banned, and now that I've restarted playing Candy Crush, if I try to login through Facebook, it goes directly to the Facebook login page and so I cannot login, because I see a page that my account has been suspended.
Has anyone banned from Facebook manage to get back their old account? Thank you!

You must first create a new Facebook account and connect the game. Next step 👇️
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on and your Game ID

I would actually suggest you just start a new game. The game is pretty much the same at all level ranges, but any new players get given 50 gold bars and some boosters to start with, so if you play wisely you can make some gold early on and it will help you get through the levels quite quickly and win competitions. The game is generally more fun to play in levels 0-1000. If you don't remember any of your login details I cannot see how King could retrieve your old account. But yes, levels play very similar all the way from 300 to 9000 there isn't that much of a difference, so you might as well start a new game.

Yeah but it's a pity because I reached around level 400. So it's not possible to retrieve the history by providing just the Facebook account, without actually logging-in with it?
