Hi, I come bearing an update in this case related to the error. Our team has been made aware about the issue with Facebook login for Windows app players😓 so rest assure they are working on it. In the meantime, if possible, we recommend to use Kingdom login instead for now.

I can no longer get into this game through my King account or Facebook. It says my email or password are incorrect and Facebook says URI blocked. I've been trying to retrieve my progress and am done for today. Please assist, Thanks Lisa

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? If using a mobile device and/or on Windows 10/11, which version of the App do you have right now?
Can you please post a screenshot of that error message you see?

@PummyRaj I also get the url block. I downloaded the game from the Microsoft store on my windows 10 laptop a few days ago so I wouldn't need to sit at my desktop and got the same error. I downloaded it twice no luck. I have seen this error posted before and no answers.

having the same issue and there is no button to log in on the king.com website so i cant link my facebook and king accounts, can you help me link my facebook account with my king account
