Level 2

Since early to mid November, Candy Royal challenge has disappeared for my account. I get to play only once or twice per week and that's it. I even get the pop up message every Friday to challenge the weekend's Candy Royal Elite and still the challenge do not appear for me. If have been waiting update after update for the problem to get fixed but to no solution so far. I have tried restarting, I have tried challenging an already finished level to try to get it going, finishing even new levels, but still nothing has happened.

Pretty sure King throttles down candy Royale for anyone who has collected too many gold bars without actually paying cash for it. At least that's the way it feels, I would be able to tell you for sure if anyone from the team actually responded to requests for information on how these features work. And sorry @MannyFae, this is not ok that you're not able to participate in the candy Royale just because KING decides they don't want you too. These features are in the game for players to be able to compete at the same level of competition as the players that pay money to play. This game has gone down hill in the last year, too many events going on at the same time, too many pop-ups between levels, just like everywhere else, their getting greedy running commercials that are a full minute long and of course the problem I've already mentioned about the customer care team never responding to problems

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Thank you for report it . Ill pass this feedback to the game team The  features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

    Hello Kostas.

Since early to mid November, Candy Royal challenge has disappeared for my account. I get to play only once or twice per week and that's it.

I'm not sure I understand this. Is it gone completely or does it appear once or twice a week? If it's the latter, it's perfectly normal. Many of us get to play Candy Royale once or twice per week. The only time I received Candy Royale every day was during two weeks this Autumn. Except for that brief period, Royale appears twice a week, and it has been like that for the whole time I've been playing.

This isn't actually a glitch. King decide how often you get this and other events, depending on how well you do or other considerations. It's deliberate, it's how King run this game.

I even get the pop up message every Friday to challenge the weekend's Candy Royal Elite and still the challenge do not appear for me.

The 'Elite Challenge' pop-up is just an advertisement that notifies you that the special weekend version of Candy Royale is live. The event itself will appear in your game when it is due. If King set it to appear every three and a half days, it will reappear three and a half days after you won it. Depending on when it happened, that may even not be during the weekend.

My point was not that it's okay, but that it's the way it actually works, whether you like it or not.

They never will. King are very secretive about everything they do, and this feature is no exception. They state that the other players are actually recordings of players who played these levels previously, even though it feels more like a pure simulation. Either way, they decide how much gold they'll let you win before the event even starts. The original poster complained about not being able to play Candy Royale daily, while in fact most of us only get to play it once or twice a week. Having Candy Royale every day seems to be rare. I don't know if those who receive it every day are players who pay, but it would seem to be in line with how King operate. The purpose of this event (for King) is to trick players into spending more gold than they can eventually win, or even better, to spend real money to win it. Those who manage to win more than they expend get it less often.

These features are in the game for players to be able to compete at the same level of competition as the players that pay money to play.

These features are in the game for King to make money, and nothing else, I'm afraid.

It feels exactly this way. Even though I have put money in the game, it feels like that it doesn't want you to play events that you acquire gold on a basis and Candy Royal maybe the only serious way. Personally, till they change something and it returns, I refuse to play and waste my gold and of course to spend money on it (I used to do some weekly microtransactions like the gold week pass or to buy timed power ups to play for much time). I got over the fear of losing races etc and everything is good. And if I stop enjoying the game, I ll simply stop it

I haven't had Candy Royale in over a month....and I spend a crap ton of money on this game. It's no fun to me without it. We can complain all we want, but the facts of the matter are that King could care less and the whole thing about creating a game is for the creator to make money. It does seem like they would listen to some of the feedback from players. As long as people keep playing and spending money, they will keep at their stupid games and greed.

@LissyLou You are correct King doesn't really listen to feedback from their players. I have emailed them so much on game issues they stop responding.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
