What did you do to get it fixed? I still can’t connect to the App Store.
Same here! I was sent link on what to do to fix and none of that worked! There is definitely some connection issues going on on their end!
I don’t think these people realize how much revenue they are leaving on the table if this issue continues. I was dealing with support and did every task that was on their script with no help. I was told to see if Apple support could help. They should be able to see that this isn’t just an Apple issue. Just another case of people not doing their job! If the problem isn’t fixed by the script they were given then they don’t have a clue what to do and don’t care about taking it to a higher authority.
Same problem since July!!It doesn’t matter which phone or tablet it’s on all different kind of phones.And I don’t believe either on fixing it by clearing cache, wifi on-off etc.Did all of it and nothing helps!!!All I got is same answers and to be patient.I would be if it’s not since July
