Have not been able to collect 5 free lives at end of episode

sometimes I’m able to win 5 free lives at the end of the episode. The last 3-4 times it does not give them to me. The star indicates when I’m qualified to do so. The game is stuck here, and if I kill the app, and open back up, I’m moved to the next episode, and no free lives.

Hey there @Amanda23170 ! These are called the Milestone Goodies. If you have less than 5 lives, you will get lives as your reward. Otherwise, you will get 30mins of Lollipop Hammer.
If you're not getting the lives, it's most likely because you're getting the Lollipops. Have a great day! :D

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Your screenshot shows that you had only 1 life when you reached milestone reward! Usually, I do receive the lives if I have anything less than 5 lives! Is it not working that way in your game?
But, yes! You are right! If we close the game after reaching that point / and to bring our Profile icon to our current level, the Star does look as if the reward was sent, even-though, we cannot find the milestone reward in the game!!
