Can I get back the royal cup gold prize because of connection issue?

I am in top tier royal cup progress 24/25 and ready to get about 200 gold prize in the last level. the last move I fail and I am ready to use 10 gold bars to continue. however the screen had loaded about 10 minutes and still showing "connecting to store" and there is no way out. I had to restart the game to make progress and of course, all buffs had lost and I was bounced out the royal cup progress. Can I have the gold bar back?

Unfortunately, even-though it is game's fault that we lost the race, it will not be recognized and the game thinks that we did not move forward!! Because of that, you will not get the gold bars reward that you have missed out when you could not win the 25th level😕
