I order 2 digital gift cards from Microsoft. I followed the instructions to redeem them on shop.king.com , but I never received any credit to my game. My E-mail and password match the Candy Crush app.

While adding the gift cards, did you make sure that you chose Candy Crush Saga game? Do you remember receiving any error message or such?
